With a strong background in Clinical Research, biotechnology and biochemistry and Information technology, he has held various leadership roles, including Head of Operation and Managing Director at IDDCR  Pvt Ltd. His expertise spans clinical trials, mentorship, SAS programming, and AI technologies. ​ Kabeer has delivered over 100 plus clinical studies, trained and mentored more than 6,000 professionals, and developed numerous corporate training programs. ​ He is recognized as Asia's first SAS Certified Accredited Trainer in Clinical Trial Data. ​
